ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• We had quite a week this week!  Special thanks to Xavier and her amazing team of volunteers for the excellent pancake dinner they hosted on Shrove Tuesday evening!  After a few years without pancakes, it turns out people were ready to pass the maple syrup and eat up!  We enjoyed lots of fellowship, laughter, bingo and a sing-a-long!  The children all walked the outdoor Labyrinth and received their ashes-to-go! 
• Tax receipts are ready!  Be sure to pick-up your Tax Receipt in the Narthex before you leave the church today.  All remaining receipts will be mailed out on Monday. 
• We continue our Lenten program with the Village Church Lent Guide this week.  Last week we had an awesome discussion on the first week’s fast over a cup of coffee during fellowship after the service in Walker Hall with a good group of people.  Bring your questions, your struggles and your inspiration as we meet again in to discuss this week’s fast from Television and Movies over coffee after the service today.
