Register for St. Timothy’s 110th Anniversary 6K Walk-a-Thon. All proceeds will be donated to the PWRDF Indigenous Water project, and the mission and ministry of this parish. Every penny and every drop of water count! We look forward to receiving registrations from parish members of all ages and athletic abilities. Top three fundraisers will receive a prize at the celebration event on June 27th, 2021 following our service of worship on zoom.
Date: May 30th, 2021 – June 21st, 2021
Time: Anytime you want! Spread it out over a 3-week period!
6 K route: Anywhere safe and in accordance with the COVID-19 restrictions. All we are asking is that you get outside or stay indoors and walk a total of 6 km., or more- whatever you are able to do.
How do I register to participate?
Please download a copy of the Registration and Waiver form (below), complete and submit a signed copy of the form to the office via email firstname.lastname@example.org or drop it off in the church mailbox.
Is there a deadline for registering?
No - you can register at any time leading up to June 21st. Of course, we recommend you register early so that you can use the weeks before June 21st to raise lots of funds for the walk-a-thon!
How do I submit pledges of cash or cheques?
Participants can fill in the details of their supporters on the pledge form along with the donations. Cheques are payable to St. Timothy’s Anglican Church, Agincourt.
When are the pledges due?
Please return your completed pledge sheets along with the funds raised to the Church office, no later than June 21st, 2021. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please advise the office.

Do I have to participate in order to contribute?
If you are unable to participate, you can still make an independent donation to the walk-a-thon by cheque, with the designation “Walk-a-thon”.
Will you be issuing tax receipts?
Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Please follow the expected municipal, regional, or provincial guidelines.
