  • SHARING OUR FAITH WORKSHOP: The sales-pitch model of evangelism, so pervasive throughout the past century, has unintentionally discouraged many Christians from sharing their faith with others. But what if the Bible teaches a different model of how God draws people? What if God uses ordinary people of prayer, offering a simple word of hope, to draw people to himself? Join us online, Wednesday November 19th from noon to 1 pm, as Rev. Dr. Judy Paulsen leads an exploration of two well-loved conversion stories from the Bible, to learn about a new (and ancient) model for sharing our faith today. Please register by November 18th.
  • SAYING GOODBYE TO OUR VERGER: On October 25th, the Corporation made the very difficult decision to terminate Verger Charles Sunich’s employment with St. Timothy's. Charles accepted the decision with grace. As Charles is no longer with us, you may notice some slight changes with regard to your ministry.  It is our goal to ensure that one warden, or appointed person will be on call or on site if you require any assistance.  Don't hesitate to reach out to either the wardens or to Canon Andrea if you have questions or concerns. We know this news will be difficult and sad for some of you to hear. We invite your prayers for Charles and for the Corporation as we seek to continue to provide faithful stewardship of God’s people and of this church, our spiritual home.
  • ALPHA RETREAT AT MANRESA: Alpha Guests will be attending a Retreat Day this Saturday, November 1st at 9 am at the Manresa Jesuit Retreat Centre.
  • SYNOD: The 163rd Regular Session of Synod begins Friday, November 7th and ends on Saturday, November 8th. We invite your prayers for our Synod Delegates, Peter Saarimaki, Janet Innes, Karen Chalmers, Canon Andrea & Pastor Elaine.
