ANNOUNCEMENTS
- FEAST OF HARVEST THANKSGIVING: Join us this Sunday for worship at 8 am (Said Eucharist) and 10 am (Choral Eucharist) as we give thanks for all our blessings!
- GUIDE CONSIDERS MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS: Municipalities play a key role in delivering services that directly impact people’s everyday lives, from housing and social services, to schools, libraries, recreation, water and waste managment. Every election is an opportunity to consider and discuss the kind of society we want to build together. Use the municipal election guide available on the diocesan website to consider the impact municipal policies have on people in our community and prompt questions of potential candidates. Make sure your voice is heard, and vote on October 26.
- CHURCH CALENDARS FOR SALE: 2027 Church Calendars will be on sale in the Narthex, this Sunday (last chance!), between services. The cost is $8.00. Calendars may also be purchased from Jie during Church office hours. - Sheila Martin
- DO YOU LOVE TO SING? Our new Choral Director, Taline Yeremian, is excited about adding additional voices to our classic and contempoary choirs. If you love singing (even if you’re not able to read sheet music!) please contact Taline through the office! office@sttims.ca
- ALL SOULS PRAYER LIST: Each year, on the Feast of All Souls, we take a few moments during the service to remember and lift up the names of the family members and friends we have lost over the years. Church family members are invited to place the names of their dearly departed (up to 5 names OR a family name) on the sign-up sheet, which will be located in the Narthex until November 1st, 2026. If you have questions, please call the office for more information. 416-293-5711 or office@sttims.ca
- ANOINTING & HEALING PRAYER CHANGES: Due to some changes in our roster of anointers, we will be offering healing prayer and anointing on the 4th Sunday of each month at our contemporary healing service, beginning on October 25th.
- EXPERIENCING GRIEF? Are you feeling the weight of a loss for a loved one and looking for some support? On behalf of the parish, Lorna Fyffe and Canon Andrea are organizing an informal get together for those experiencing grief in the parish. It is our hope to come together for an hour of sharing, support and nourishment for the body and soul. Interested? Speak to us about it.
